<p>It makes sense. If you are sleeping through the night, you&#8217;re not eating. I would imagine that when your body wakes up its like, &#8220;Whoah, I&#8217;ve not eaten in like 8 hours. Shit. I&#8217;d better store this fat cuz this chick&#8217;s starving me. What the hell!&#8221; But, if you wake up and have breakfast before your body catches on, perhaps your metabolism will continue to do whatever the hell it does, instead of stopping to conserve. I dunno. It makes sense in my brain anyways. So&#8230; here&#8217;s a breakfast idea.</p>
