Rice cake & peanut butter This is a delightful breakfast or snack. A co-worker gave me the experience the other day and I have since stocked up on rice cakes.
One Quaker rice cake (lightly salted) = 35 calories
One tablespoon of Jif all natural, low sodium peanut butter = 95 calories
Total= 130 calories (I say, make it a double!)
Try adding some raisins or something else on top to make it a little more interesting.
